- No Refunds on Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened, used, or tampered-with products.
- Delivery Errors or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a prompt resolution.
