- Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription settings. If you cancel after your billing date, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. - No Fees or Penalties
There are no fees or penalties for canceling your subscription. You will continue to receive any product(s) already paid for prior to cancellation. - Order Cancellation
Due to the fast turnaround of our fulfillment process, we are generally unable to cancel individual orders once they are processed. If you believe you’ve made an order in error, please contact customer support as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. - Return Eligibility
Only unopened products returned within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us prior to sending any return to receive authorization and instructions.
