Terms & Conditions for GetTheBud Brand Partner Program

1. Eligibility
The GetTheBud Brand Partner Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who create a Brand Partner Account on GetTheBud.com. Participants must be 21 years or older.
2. Referral Links
Each participant receives a unique link and QR Code. When a new customer clicks a provided link or QR Code, the system automatically applies a 20% discount to their first order and assigns them to the referring participant.
3. Discount for Referred Customers
New customers who enter the website through a valid referral link receive:
• 20% off their first order only
The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other first-order promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. Lifetime Referral Relationship
Once a customer uses a referral link and completes a purchase:
• The customer is permanently tied to the referrer.
• The referrer earns commission on all future orders placed by that customer.
• This relationship is lifetime, with no expiration.
5. Commission Structure
Referrers earn:
• 3% commission on every order placed by their referred customers.
(Commission applies to product subtotal only (excludes taxes, tips, shipping, and gift cards).
6. Payouts
• Commissions are tracked inside the referrer dashboard.
• Payouts occur based on a schedule defined by GetTheBud (monthly with 1 month hold for
fraud orders).
• Fraudulent orders, canceled orders, or refunded orders do not generate commission.
• Minimum payout threshold: [Insert Amount, e.g., $100]
• Payout method: [PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, etc.]
7. Prohibited Conduct
Participants may NOT:
• Use paid ads bidding on GetTheBud brand terms
• Misrepresent the company or products
• Create fake customer accounts
• Resell or manipulate referral links
• Use spam, bots, or deceptive traffic
*Violation results in immediate removal/termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
8. Modification or Termination
GetTheBud reserves the right to:
• Modify commission rates
• Adjust program terms
• Suspend or terminate the program

9. Limitation of Liability
GetTheBud is not liable for:
• Technical errors
• Tracking failures caused by browser settings, VPNs, or ad blockers
• Loss of commissions due to fraudulent activity

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
